Terms of use

The simple rules

These terms apply to this website and to the invite-only preview of the Sigh Club class builder. By using them you agree to these terms.

Last updated 18 October 2026

Who we are

Sigh Club is run by New Raise International Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong. Contact: hello@statetogether.com.

What Sigh Club is today

Sigh Club is not open yet. This website shows what it will be, keeps a waitlist, and lets invited testers try an early preview of the class builder. The preview can change, pause or stop at any time, and features in it may never be released.

Not medical advice

Breathwork can have strong effects on the body and the mind. Nothing on this website or in the builder is medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it does not replace a doctor or a therapist. Please read our health and safety notice before you practise or teach anything you find here.

If you are an invited tester

Your content and ours

The classes you build are yours. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Sigh Club without owing you anything for it. The website, the builder, its text, design, characters, music and sounds belong to Sigh Club or to the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy, resell or republish them.

Fair use

Please do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the website or the builder, sign up other people without their permission, or use Sigh Club for anything unlawful.

Our responsibility

We offer the website and the preview as they are, while Sigh Club is still being built, and we cannot promise they will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using them. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms as Sigh Club grows. If a change matters, we will say so on this page and change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you more protection, those protections still apply to you.
