Sigh Club Sigh me up

Privacy policy

Your data, in plain words

Sigh Club is a breathwork class builder that is not open yet. Right now this website does three things: it shows what Sigh Club is, it keeps a waitlist, and it gives invited testers a private preview of the builder. This page explains what information that involves and what we do with it.

Who is responsible

This website is run by New Raise International Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong. For anything about your data, write to hello@statetogether.com. We reply to every message.

What we collect, and why

  1. When you join the waitlist: your email address, the sample class you built on the page (if you built one), the date and time, which of our addresses you used, and the country your internet connection comes from (not your exact location). We use this only to invite you when Sigh Club opens and to understand what kind of classes people are interested in. We keep it because you asked to join; you can change your mind at any time.
  2. When you visit: we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not follow you to other websites. To avoid counting one visit twice, it forms a short-lived identifier from your connection that changes every day. We only ever see totals: how many visits, which pages, which websites sent you, and broad facts such as country, device type and browser.
  3. If you are an invited tester: logging in to the builder places one cookie that keeps you logged in for 30 days. It is needed for the login to work and is used for nothing else. The classes you build in the preview are saved only in your own browser, on your device; they are not sent to us.
  4. Technical data: like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting company that briefly processes technical information such as your IP address to send you the pages and to protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell your data, we show no ads, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts and scripts are served from our own website, so your browser does not contact Google or other outside services when you visit. That is why there is no cookie banner on this site.

Who helps us

Our website, the waitlist and the visit statistics are hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States. Vercel processes this information only on our behalf, under its data processing terms, which include safeguards for transfers from Europe such as standard contractual clauses. When we start sending invitations, we will use an email service for that; we will update this page before we do.

How long we keep it

Your rights

We follow Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and, for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR. You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it, or to send it to you in a common format. You can withdraw your waitlist sign-up at any time. Write to hello@statetogether.com; we answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom and you are not happy with our answer, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has joined the waitlist, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If what we collect or who helps us changes, we update this page and the date at the top first.
