Took my first trip to the Red Cat in Holyoke. Originally, I went to Holyoke to visit today’s Farmer’s Market. There are not many farmers there, though–mostly just flowers. So, the Red Cat is located conveniently on High Street. And they sell Pellegrino water. woot woot. No seltzer, though. Does no one drink Seltzer?

The banana chocolate-chip muffin was delish, too. Thanks, Red Cat, for your existence.
